Don't just record exposure. Reduce it.
Workboat Code 3 ready: IMAS measures WBV exposure and recommends operational adjustments to reduce it in real time.
Basic monitoring tells you there's a problem. IMAS tells you what to do about it.

Most WBV systems measure exposure and report. IMAS goes further by detecting exposure in real time, correlating it with speed, sea state, and route conditions, and recommending operational adjustments before thresholds are breached.
Your skipper doesn't get raw data to interpret, they get a clear recommendation.
The decision stays with the crew, the intelligence comes from IMAS.
Monitoring alone
- Records WBV exposure
- Reports after the voyage
- Tells you there was a problem
- Compliance data for your files
IMAS decision support
- Measures WBV exposure in real time
- Recommends adjustments during the voyage
- Helps your crew avoid the problem
- Compliance data plus operational improvement
One platform.
Not one more system.
IMAS is a full onboard decision-support platform for workboat, pilot boat, and commercial vessel operators. WBV monitoring sits alongside crew motion and fatigue monitoring, fuel optimisation, real-time sea state awareness, and voyage logging.
One installation. No bolting together separate systems for separate regulations.
Compliance deadline
Workboat Code Edition 3 requires continuous monitoring and management of whole body vibration on crewed vessels under 24 metres.
Vessels still certified under the Brown Code, MGN 280(M), or Edition 2 must transition by their next renewal survey or 13 December 2026, whichever comes first.
